Bill is a Principal in the Compliance and Risk Management Practice at Clearview Group. He has over 15 years of experience in risk advisory and internal audit solutions. Bill is based in the Washington D.C. metropolitan market, where he serves as Chairman of the Board of the Northern Virginia Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Bill focuses on helping companies with risk advisory solutions, including implementing and optimizing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs, delivering outsourced and co-sourced internal audits, public company transformation, IT governance, and data privacy. Bill has worked with organizations across various industries, including financial services, government contracting, private equity, business intelligence, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate investment, technology, and not-for-profit.
Bill has been a core team member in Year 1 SOX risk assessments and initial public offering (IPO) initiatives for large, multi-national companies.
Bill attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Information Systems.
