Internships with Clearview

Clearview offers a 10-week, full-time, summer internship program. Students receive hands-on training relevant to their designated public accounting or consulting practice area. They are given Staff-level responsibility, along with a tremendous amount of guidance, especially at the beginning. Each intern reports to a Manager and is also paired with a “Buddy” who serves as a mentor throughout the 10 weeks. Any intern who performs exceptionally well and proves to mesh with Clearview’s culture, is invited to stay with the firm through the following academic year. Interns work part-time during the semester(s) and hours vary based on classes and other school commitments. Additionally, students whose internships we extend, also receive an offer during the 10th/final week of the program, to join the firm as a Staff Associate, Staff Accountant, or Staff Consultant, after s/he earns a Bachelor’s degree. If a student is immediately starting a Master’s program, his/her offer will be for a part-time Staff position post undergrad, that will convert to full-time post graduate school.

Late May/early June is the only time when a new intern can start with Clearview. All fall, winter, and spring interns are those who successfully completed our summer program. That said, only summer internships are posted and the posting window is usually from about mid-to-late August through mid-to-late October, give or take.
