how clearview group gave aavso a win
Originally staffed with a single in-house webmaster, AAVSO realized that their complex infrastructure deserved special consideration. With cybersecurity as the main driver to move towards a managed IT model, AAVSO chose to engage Clearview Group’s Technology team.
“It’s wonderful to have a Managed IT services team that is reliable and completely transparent. Our technology partners at Clearview Group continuously provide updates related to any challenges on specific projects – they also have a great grasp of each project’s workflow,” noted AAVSO’s Executive Director and CEO, Stella Kafka.
Since AAVSO is a non-profit organization that serves hundreds of international communities, Kafka also stated that “astronomers from all over the world are joining our network – our bloodline is digital. It’s paramount for us to have a technology team we can trust like Clearview Group in order for our leadership team to remain strictly focused on innovation.”
Working with Clearview Group’s Managed it services team
Technology downtime should not be a worry for a business owner that has endless amounts of conflicting day-to-day priorities. Clearview Group’s Managed IT Services team understands the importance of keeping predictable and reliable systems functioning properly, while maintaining a secure technology environment.
“Peace of mind is extremely important for me,” adds Kafka. “If I don’t trust a vendor, I don’t sleep well – it’s a waste of time, energy and resources. I don’t have to worry about any of those issues with Clearview Group’s Technology team. We trust Clearview and have great communication and sincerely appreciate all of the work they do to make AAVSO running successfully.”
