Human Resources Director added to focus on Clearview Group’s Top Internal Growth Strategies – Kim Theobald

Baltimore, Maryland – Brian M. Davis, Managing Director and CEO of Clearview Group, LLC has announced the addition of Kim Theobald as the Director of Human Resources with the firm.

Ms. Theobald is a trusted advisor and strategic leader with 20 years of experience in proactive and innovative approaches in all areas of HR including recruitment, training, compensation and recognition, employee relations, benefits, communications, organizational development, international deployment, compliance, policies and procedures, and analytics.  She is a leader in change management, aligning business strategy with the human capital strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition and retention, and development.  Ms. Theobald is a strong collaborator, communicator, change agent, and project manager.


Prior to joining Clearview, Kim worked at the Director of Consulting at The HR Team, a regional consulting firm specializing in human capital. Kim supported a number of clients across diverse industries, and worked with corporate leaders to assess all HR processes and procedures to ensure optimal effectiveness, efficiencies, internal controls, and compliance. Specific areas of focus included recruiting and onboarding; performance and salary management and administration; employee effectiveness; and executive coaching. She reported on key/critical processes, outlining areas of potential improvement, and made recommendations of specific action steps needed. She reviewed HR administration and management of employee data and made recommendations about opportunities to reduce transaction time and improve service levels.


Prior to her time with The HR Team, Kim worked as a consultant for Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, and held HR leadership positions in industries including construction and engineering; accounting; consulting, and several higher education institutions.


Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Chesapeake Area Human Resources Association and is a Certified Analyst in Predictive Index and Social Styles behavioral tools.
