Clearview provides Financial Due Diligence for both buy-side and sell-side clients. We work closely with all parties ensuring we have fairly and accurately analyzed financial information, compiled applicable adjustments and metrics to provide a detailed report over the financial statement presentation and any issues or findings. Our Quality of Earnings review provides all stakeholders normalized financial data around the day-to-day operations for comparison of historical financial data as well as forward looking projections.  We help clients assess whether or not information is presented in and materially accurate format.
